Enterprise Performance Management
In this session, we will look at advanced capabilities in Enterprise Performance Management, focusing on three areas:
- Collaborating on Big-Book reports using Narrative Reporting. What it does and how can it make light work of annual budgets, annual reports, and even frequent in-house financial briefings.
- Activity-Based-Costing. Use trace-able cost allocations to find the total cost of delivering services, to aid in determining cost recovery for fee-setting, without using the general ledger.
- Managing future reporting structures for budgeting and planning. See how Enterprise Data Management puts chart of accounts updates before the planning process, rather than after the expense accounting process.
