How to Register

1. Select payment type (Credit Card or Invoice)

2. Provide attendee and contact information

3. Build your cart with 'tickets' to create your own package

4. Select your preferred hotel and confirm dates required for your reservation (or skip if not needed)

5. Complete checkout and Wesco registration

6. Within 2-3 business days you will receive your unique code(s) to complete Rockwell Automation Fair badge registration.

If you selected 'Purchase Order' for payment, a Wesco representative will be in contact within 2-3 business days.

If you selected 'Credit Card' for payment, you will receive an email with your payment receipt.

*Travel packages include hotel room nights and ground transportation to the McCormick center each day of the show.

Wesco travel packages include hotel stay, transportation to and from McCormick Place Convention Center, and Wesco Blues Bash on Tuesday, November 18. Once you've purchased a package with Wesco, you will receive a confirmation email with an access code to complete registration on Rockwell’s site for your official show badge.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, there is no cost to attend the Blues Bash event.

Do I need to pre-register?

Yes, we ask that all attendees pre-register for the event by completing registration on this website.

Do I have to purchase travel packages or passes with Wesco to attend?

No, you are not required to purchase passes or travel packages through Wesco in order to attend; however, you MUST be an attendee of Automation Fair and have an official show badge.

General Access Pass – $495

Includes admission to all four days of the event, including keynote presentations, the Expo, Summits, Off-site Tours, hundreds of session offerings, networking opportunities and a daily lunch.

General Access + Advanced Training Pass - $1,595

Take your learning to the next level with the General Access + Advanced Training Pass, which includes everything in the General Access Pass, plus over 450 hours of advanced level Hands-on Labs and technical training, as well as the opportunity to earn Professional Development Hour credits.

*4% service and processing fee will be added to credit card payments.

Cancellations: All attendees are required to cancel their own registration with Wesco and on the Rockwell Automation Fair registration page prior to Friday, October 24. If the cancellation is not updated by this date, the appropriate general access code or general access and advanced code will be charged to that attendee.

Substitutions: The unique Rockwell Automation Fair activation code is not transferable. To process a name substitution, the first customer must cancel their registration with Wesco and on the Rockwell Automation Fair registration page. The second customer must register with Wesco to request the unique activation code to be used to register as a new attendee on the Rockwell Automation Fair website.

Please note: Any cancellation or substitution must be made with both Wesco and Rockwell Automation no later than Friday, October 24, in order not to be charged for hotel package and activation code.
