A hotel room will be provided for the duration of the program. All meals during the program will also be provided. All attendees, excluding speakers, are expected to arrive on Sunday, January 5th, and depart on Wednesday, January 8th. If you require a different hotel pattern, please reach out to Corinne Fish.
You will have to present your corporate card at check-in for incidentals which will not be covered by the program.
Extensions
Personal extensions for pre and post dates are based on hotel’s availability and at the individual’s expense. The hotel will do its best to honor the corporate room rate of $349+ taxes, but final pricing will be subject to inventory availability. Please contact Corinne Fish, for questions on room reservations, please do not contact the hotel directly.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00pm
Check-out time is 11:00am
Early check-in and late check-out is based on the hotel’s availability and not guaranteed. The hotel concierge and bell stand will be able to hold your luggage should you plan to arrive before check-in or depart after check-out times if the room is not yet available.

AquaRidge WaterPark
Cool off in the waters of our pool experience. The waterpark includes Canyon Creek Lazy River, signature pools with cabanas, three new multi-story water slides, adult-only, Sky Island experience and multiple dining poolside options.

Please schedule your flights so you can participate at an optional welcome luncheon at 1:00pm MST on Sunday, January 5, 2025. The program begins at 2:00pm MST. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Departure
There will be open departures on Wednesday, January 8th. You can book your flight for anytime that day. The afternoon of Tuesday, January 7th will be activities, so if you are outside of sales and wish to depart earlier, you can do so on Tuesday at your leisure. If you decide to depart before Wednesday, 1/8, please reach out to Corinne Fish so she can update your hotel room accordingly.
Travel Booking
You will receive an email prompting you to book your travel through Zii. For any travel questions booking through Zii, please feel free to call this number (647) 846-2595 or email coreunite@encore.ca.
If you are an external participant, please book your travel on your own.
Ground Transportation
Attendees are responsible for ground transportation to and from the airport on arrival and departure day. There will be no formal shuttles scheduled. Travel time from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 25 minutes.
Attendees are encouraged to use UBER, LYFT or local taxi services which are stationed at the airports with no reservation required.
