Lance has 20+ years’ experience in human resources (HR), business and leadership. He is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Heartland, a financial technology firm providing payments, point of sale, payroll and human capital management software and service solutions to small and medium sized businesses across the US. Heartland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Payments. Prior to taking the CRO position with Heartland, Lance held the positions of President of Payroll and POS and Vice President of Human Resources; prior to Heartland he held various HR leadership roles in the energy, retail/wholesale distribution, healthcare and professional services vertical and was principal of his own healthcare recruiting firm in the early 2000s. In addition to his day job, Lance is a Director on the Board of Allegiance Credit Union, a community-chartered credit union in Oklahoma City. He also serves on the board of Arts Council Oklahoma City, which hosts Festival of the Arts, and has sat on multiple advisory boards for the University of Central Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University and the Oklahoma City Greater Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and is a certified Professional in Human Resources. In his spare time, he loves family, friends, traveling and being on the water.

Andre Nataf is the Senior Vice President for Global Payment’s Heartland POS Distribution where he has been the last 7 years. Prior to that, he served as SVP of Business Development / Sales at Digital Dining, a restaurant-focused POS ISV, which Heartland acquired. Nataf attended the University of Denver, majoring in HRM / Finance. He opened up restaurants of his own right out of college after working through college in management for a large restaurant group. Over his 30-plus-year career, he has held many executive and ownership positions for restaurant companies, payments, and POS companies. For 10 years he ran a leading POS reseller dealership that he eventually sold to a Venture Capital Firm expanding its portfolio into POS. Nataf is considered an expert in point-of-sale direct and indirect channel distribution and has spoken, taught, and written countless articles on these topics.
