Description:

This workshop will equip clinicians with insights and tools to effectively manage and lead teams in a variety of healthcare settings. In this session, the participants will:

• Complete the strengths-based leadership self-assessment to gain insights into existing leadership assets and learning opportunities

• Evaluate applied transformational and adaptive leadership principles as management practices through experiential learning

• Create a personal leadership development plan consisting of goals, action plans, and strategies for sustainable reflective practices
