Description:
ACT is a modality that develops psychological flexibility and is a form of behavioral therapy that combines mindfulness skills with the practice of self-acceptance. ACT principles and techniques can be utilized for collaboration with a variety of populations. Participants will gain knowledge of ACT theories and related clinical techniques.
