Description:
Case conceptualization provides a useful framework for the therapeutic process. When done correctly, it allows a therapist to not only develop an effective treatment plan but speak knowledgeably about their client in supervision and consultation. Sound case conceptualization may also aid in the collaboration with other professionals. This workshop will use various experiential exercises, activities, and case vignettes to understand the critical role of case conceptualization as part of the therapeutic process that improves therapeutic treatment and outcomes.
