Description:

This two hour session is dedicated to providing an overview of the best-practices for delivering strategy-driven management consulting services. In Part I. we will discuss the design process for the engagement, delivery, and expected outcomes by reviewing a recent consulting engagement with a nonprofit organization updating its 5 year strategic plan. In Part II., the participants will engage in a hands-on design session that includes a strategy analysis, systems design, and evaluation of the system operation.
