Description

This will be an introduction to Clinical Interventions I. We will go over some of the basics of the course and then dive into a preliminary discussion of existential humanistic therapies with a particular focus on Carl Rogers’ Person Centered Therapy (PCT). There will be an experiential exercise for students to introduce to themselves some of the fundamentals of PCT. If time allows, we will begin a brief overview of Emotion Focused Therapy.

There will be a lunch break from 12 - 1.
