Description

The evidenced based science of a meaningful life identifies key human capacities beneficial to supporting health and wellness, some of these include curiosity, connection, and creativity. What would it mean to play in the field of impermanence? How might our contact with, and the cultivation of awe, contribute to our wellness? As we turn toward fresh meaning making in shifting horizon of COVID, the work of Ernest Becker, Terror management theory and the Indigenous knowledge system can be a portal of entry to tending our wellness and wonder! Participants will be introduced to a taste of these paradigms by way of discussion, exploration in both large and small group community processes and multiple captivating short videos..
