Description

In this session, we will be screening the film Psychedelia, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. The film addresses psychedelics and their ability to induce mystical and religious experiences, from the perspectives of leading psychedelic researchers and medical experts, as well as participants in a study focusing on end-of-life anxiety and care. This award-winning film provides a historical context and a look into the current re-emergence of psychedelics in psychiatry. Implications for society at large are introduced in the film and addressed by the panel members. A Q&A session will follow.
