This year's International Human Performance Summit, hosted in San Antonio, TX, will take place July 18th and 19th. The objective of the Summit is to provide attendees evidence-based, actionable information that can be put into practice. Each speaker will have 45 minutes for their presentation, and another 10 minutes for Q&A, allowing ample time to "dig deep" into their areas of expertise. The topics for this year's event will include:
- Nutrition/Physiology
- Recovery
- Strength & Conditioning
- Motor Learning and Decision Making
- Performance Technology
- Genetics
- Fatigue
Last year's event included attendees from professional and collegiate sports teams, military special operations, universities, human performance R&D organizations, and other experts in the field of elite human performance. This allowed attendees to not only hear from the outstanding speakers, but also gain insight from the other attendees and develop relationships across different organizations.
The summit will be hosted by Southwest Research Institute as part of our ongoing Human Performance Initiative.
