Description & Objectives

The 50th Annual Refresher Course for Nurse Anesthetists will present a lecture and panel discussion program on recent advances in clinical anesthesia. After this seminar, the seminar attendee should be able to discuss and describe practical considerations in anesthesia, common problems and anesthetic challenges in the practice of anesthesia. The program is intended primarily for nurse anesthetists. The program syllabus containing summaries of all talks will be available for all registrants in PDF form on a flash drive.

Accreditation

AANA approval to be applied for.


This program has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for 20 Class A* CE Credits; Code number 1038995; expiration date November 7, 2021. AANA designates this program as meeting criteria for up to 9.75 CE credits in Pharmacology/Therapeutics. *CRNAs may apply excess Class A required CE's (beyond 60 per four-year cycle) to fulfill the Class B requirements. CRNAs must earn a minimum of 40 Class B credits every four-year recertification cycle.
