Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa welcomes you with crystalline pools, hideaway beach spots and the shade of palms and thatched palapas. Watersports, swimming with the dolphins and manatees at the on-site dolphinarium, bike tours, and beach combing are favorite activities here.

Booking Conditions
Deluxe Garden View
Single: $206 per night
Double: $131 per person per night
Triple: $130 per person per night
Children 0-2 years: $42 flat rate
Children 3-12 years: $70 per child per night
- Rates are quoted per person per night (based on room occupancy) and are all-inclusive of taxes, gratuities and round-trip transfers (where applicable).
- Rates do not include airfare.
- 3 night minimum stay required.
- Two paying adults per room are required for a child to receive the child rate.
- Rates are only valid for total travel booked between the 7 night dates of the group room block.
- Please reach out to your Wedding Guest Coordinator to find out maximum and minimum occupancies for each room category.
- Room rates are guaranteed for any of the above room categories within reserved group dates until the booking deadline. Any bookings made beyond this date or for durations outside of group dates will be subject to current rates and availability.
- Rooms and rates reserved for the group are subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis. If rooms sell out on the room block, your Wedding Guest Coordinator can look into booking a room for you based on current rates and current availability.
- Check with your Wedding Guest Coordinator for current rates and current availability if extending your stay.
- From the time your reservation is booked until travel, any changes made after your reservation is booked will be subject to current rates and current availability. A $45 change fee will apply if reducing your stay.
Important Deadlines
Please take note of these important deadlines:
Early Booking Deadline (January 16, 2019): Guests who submit their reservations on or before this deadline will become eligible for a $35 per person discount. Please note that both discounts are contingent on the room block meeting a 10 room minimum, and each guest spending a minimum of $499.99 per person and staying a minimum of 3 nights. Any guest that books after this deadline will be eligible for the regular $25 per guest discount.
Booking Deadline (February 15, 2019): Guests must submit their reservations on or before this deadline in order to receive the locked in rates of the room block (based upon availability of rooms on the block). Guests are still able to reserve on the room block past this deadline, but they will be added at the current rates and availability of the hotel at the time of their request.
Final Payment Deadline (April 16, 2019): All room (and charter package) reservations must be paid in full at this time. Any guests that are not paid in full at this time will be cancelled off the room block at the current cancellation penalty. Final payment reminders will be sent out no later than one week prior to this deadline and will outline your remaining balance along with how you can submit your payment.
Flight Information Due (May 28, 2019): In order for us to arrange for included round trip ground transfers from the airport to the hotel, guests must submit their flight information to us by no later than this deadline. If guests submit their flight information to us after this deadline, we will not be able to guarantee the transfers as we need sufficient time to send this information to our transfer company.

How to Book Your Flights
You have a few options when it comes to booking your flights. Please see below:
1. Book an Apple Vacations charter flight if one is available. These are flights that Apple Vacations pre-owns on specific airlines that allow us to sell them at a great value. We can package these on with the rooms on the room block.
- Check with your Wedding Guest Coordinator to see if there is a charter flight available for your dates and destination city.
2. Book a regular scheduled air flight through Apple Vacations.
- Call Apple Vacations Reservations Department at 800-517-2000 and create a flight only booking. Please select the second option (to make a new reservation) and then the first option again (to book a flight/vacation to the Caribbean). This will connect you to a Reservations Agent. You will not need to give any information about the wedding group booking to the agent, but if they ask, let them know your room is being taken care of by the Destination Weddings Department. Let the agent know your desired flight details. You will be able to book and pay for the flight during the same phone call. Please make sure you either submit the required deposit or payment in full in order to book your flight. Please note that if the required payment is not submitted by the due date, the flight booking will expire and your flights will not be booked. The Reservations Department is open until 10pm EST and on weekends.
- OR you can book your flight only booking directly through our website at

- Please know that if you book your flights through Apple Vacations, it is your responsibility to let us know as we are not made aware of this.
- Either way, please make sure you are booking just the flight only as your room will already be taken care of on the wedding room block.
- Once you have your flight only booking number, please send it to your Wedding Guest Coordinator. They will cross reference your flight only booking with your room on the wedding group room block.
3. Book your flight through your preferred air operator.
- This option allows you to shop around for rates and use frequent flyer miles.

How do I arrange my transfers?
Your transfers are included to and from the Cancun Airport.
Regardless of the method you choose to book your flights, please send your wedding guest coordinator your flight information by no later than 30 days prior to departure so we can arrange for your round trip ground transfers from the airport to the hotel!
How to Make a Payment

How do I book my flights?
Please see the "Flights" tab for details on how you can book your flights.
Where do I start?

Do I need a passport?
Yes, a valid passport is required when traveling. For travel to Mexico, your passport must have 6 months minimum validity for entry into Mexico. (Must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date) For more information on passport requirements, click here.
How can I make future payments?
Please call 800-815-9000 and select option 4 from Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM-5PM EST.
What happens if I didn’t purchase AV-OK Insurance?
If AV-OK Insurance is not purchased, you will be subject to the current penalties at the time you cancel or modify your reservation.
How much does my trip cost?
Please refer to the rates table on the Hotel tab to determine the cost of your trip. You will first determine the room category, then the occupancy of your room. Multiply this nightly rate by the number of nights you will be staying (minimum 3 nights) and you will get your per person rate for your duration.
How will I know how much I still owe?
If you have any questions as to how much you still owe, please contact your Wedding Guest Coordinator.
What is the difference between single, double, and triple occupancy?
Single occupancy means that one adult will be staying in the room. Double occupancy means that two adults will be staying in the room. Triple occupancy means that three adults will be staying in the room. If you have children in the room, they are not included in single, double, or triple occupancy, only adults are included.
What if some people in my room are going for different nights?
This is called a deviation. If your room has a deviation, please contact your Wedding Guest Coordinator in order to book.
How will I know that my reservation has been received?
After you submit your RSVP, you should receive an immediate email saying that your reservation has been received. Once your Wedding Guest Coordinator processes your deposit, she will contact you confirming your reservation and payment.
How does tipping work?
While technically, tips are included in your hotel rates, if you are experiencing great service at the hotel, it's always a good idea to tip! We usually recommend tipping a few dollars to the bellmen, bartenders, waiters and maids! US dollars are widely accepted for tips.
What happens when I arrive to the airport? How do I get to the hotel?
If your transfers have been included in your hotel rates (most of the time they are, see Wedding Guest Coordinator if you have questions), then your transportation from the airport to the hotel will be arranged for you! Please just make sure to send your Wedding Guest Coordinator your flight details no later than 30 days prior to travel and they will be able to set up these transfers for you. Look for the Amstar representatives when you exit the airport. They will usually be holding a sign that says "Apple Vacations". When you approach them, just provide them with your travel documents and let them know which hotel you'll be going to and they will point you in the direction of your transfer! Easy as that!
How do I find out the dress code for the restaurants at the resort?
Please refer to the resort's website for dress code requirements for specific restaurants. You can also reach out to your Wedding Guest Coordinator for this information.
I need to request a specific type of bedding, what do I do?
Please be sure to let your designated Wedding Guest Coordinator know about any type of requests you have (near an elevator, bedding, etc). They will be sure to identify these requests on your reservation, however, these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance as they are based upon availability of the resort at check-in. Please be sure to reiterate all requests when you arrive at the resort before you get your hotel key!
How do I add baggage to my flight reservation?
Please check with your Wedding Guest Coordinator to see if this in option. For Charter Flights, baggage must be added by no later than 7 business days prior to travel. For more information on baggage fees, please click here.

What are the guest benefits for booking on the wedding couple's room block?
Here at Weddings and Honeymoons by Apple Vacations, we value our wedding groups! When you book through a room block that the wedding couple have set up, you can take advantage of the following benefits:
- $25 per guest discount with a minimum 3 night stay of $499.99 or more (applied if 10 room wedding group block minimum is met).

- Holiday Space or High Demand Dates may have higher cancellation penalties
- If, at any time prior to 30 days before travel, a passenger cancels but the room remains on the booking (ie. Guest A cancels, roommate B continues to travel), roommate B will be subject to the single occupancy rate while Guest A will incur the aforementioned penalty fee. If, at any time 30 days or less prior to travel, Guest A cancels with AVOK Insurance, roommate B will be subject to the single occupancy rate. If Guest A cancels without AVOK Insurance, Guest A will incur a 100% cancellation penalty and roommate B's rate will remain the same.
Deadlines
130 days prior to traveling:
- Any changes made after your reservation is booked will be subject to current rates and current availability. A $45 change fee will apply if reducing your stay.
- All guest deposits must be received in order to receive locked in rate for reserved room categories.
- All unreserved rooms released from the booking unless otherwise requested by the wedding couple or group leader.
- Once all rooms on the room block are reserved (even if this is before the 130-day deadline), any additional rooms booked will be based on current rates and current availability.
70 days prior to traveling:
- All final payments due unless otherwise stated by specialist.
70 days or less prior to traveling:
- If a guest adds into an existing room, they will be based on the current rate and current availability based on hotel capacity.
- Name changes or reductions in stay (charter air or land) will be charged $45 each.
44 days or less prior to traveling:
- Refunds will not be given for changes made to reservations.
30 days or less prior to traveling:
- No name changes will be accepted.
- No changes of any kind will be accepted. Any changes will result in 100% penalty for the entire stay.
- Complete flight itineraries are due to your guest coordinator in order to arrange for your ground transfers (if included). If flight information is not received by this time, your transfer cannot be guaranteed. Flights must be booked for your exact dates booked with Apple Vacations for transfers to be included. Transfers are not provided for dates not booked with Apple Vacations. Ground transfers not included from all airports. Please check with your guest coordinator for which airport your ground transfers are included to/from.
AV-OK Total Vacation Security Plan
- AVOK Total Vacation Security Plan includes a Pre-departure Cancellation/Change Waiver Protection, Best Price Guarantee, and Tour Guard Travel Insurance
- AVOK Vacation Security Plan must be requested in writing and is purchased on an individual basis
- AVOK Vacation Security Plan must be added and paid in full no later than 7 days (including the booking date) from when an individual reservation is made
- For reservations made 61 days or less prior to travel, AVOK Vacation Security Plan must be added at the time of booking
- You have a choice of cash back or travel vouchers for land only, charter, and scheduled air bookings.

Deposit and Payment rules
Guest Deposits:
- $100 per person deposit required by each guest to add their name to a room on the booking. **Some hotels required additional or accelerated deposit schedules**
- Guest must register on the event website with selected travel dates (within reserved group dates for locked-in rates to apply), room category, room occupancy, full names/dates of birth of each guest in the room, and credit card authorization.
- Specific room categories may be in limited availability depending on the room block and are not guaranteed until deposit received and confirmed.
- If guests staying in the same room are not staying for the same exact number of nights, these trips will be priced out directly by the guest coordinator and rates cannot be taken directly from the guest registration site.
Credit Card Payments: We require credit card authorization from each credit card holder, with the amount to be charged, full name as it appears on the card, billing address, expiration date, and security code from the back of the card. This may be done on the event website or over the phone.
- Canadian cheques will not be accepted 60 days or less prior to departure
- Guests will receive a $25 discount when meeting 3-night/$499.99 minimum (before taxes and fees). Discount applied once deposit is received. **Only applies to guests who book on the wedding group booking through Apple Vacations** Applicable only when group booking has minimum of 10 rooms.
Group Minimum
- Minimum of 10 rooms. Some exceptions may apply.
- If group falls below minimum of 10 rooms, Apple Vacations may not honor rate or additional perks; group booking may be canceled and re-booked as individual travel. Some exceptions may apply.
Additional Information
- Requests made for your reservation including, but not limited to bedding, floor, building location, etc. cannot be guaranteed on the resort's behalf.
- Any changes, additions, deletions, cancellations and name changes must be received in writing via email
- Any changes in wedding itinerary with a result of changing the travel arrangements will require a new contract with the conditions that apply to the new tour.
- In the unlikely event that a major change involving a change of hotel, departure or return date, departure city or destination becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you find the revised arrangements we offer unacceptable, you will have the option of cancellation without charge provided that you notify us within 7 days of your receipt of notice of the change or prior to departure date if notified less than 7 days prior. In the event of a change, we will try to substitute comparable services, but in the event of a complete cancellation by us, our only liability will be to refund all monies paid.
- Apple Vacations has made arrangements with airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you as much reasonable help as we can in resolving this. Please understand that Apple Vacations cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical, or mental disabilities, and your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow instructions.
- We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property or other economic damage caused by such factors beyond our control. Apple Vacations is not responsible for any consequential, psychological, or emotional damages or monetary losses due to flight delays, airline turbulence, transportation accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. Of course we will remain responsible for any negligent actions on our part.
