Support Fyrefly's lifesaving 2SLGBTQ+ programs this Pride - June 14, 2026 10 AM - 1 PM!
Experience the beauty of nature at Fyrefly’s Annual Mayor’s Pride Brunch on June 14, 2026 from 10 am - 1 pm! Fyrefly's Annual Mayor's Pride Brunch raises funds for our lifesaving 2SLGBTQ+ Programs and brings together community members, organizations, and leaders to celebrate the impact of our programming.
This year’s event will be hosted at the Blatchford Hangar. Nestled in Fort Edmonton Park with close proximity to the wooded parklands, guests can start their Sunday exploring the beauty of nature with our rainbow scavenger hunt while enjoying a complimentary mimosa and community. To allow our guests to experience the joy and wonder of Fort Edmonton Park, all guests of the brunch will also receive complimentary admission for the day!
To celebrate this year’s connection to nature and the gentleness that comes with a Sunday morning spent in community, the theme of this year’s brunch will be whimsical cottagecore! We encourage guests to incorporate this into their outfits in whatever way feels most affirming to them. What would your outfit be like if you lived in a quiet cottage, nurturing the plants in your garden? We’re so excited to see how you incorporate your own magic into queering cottagecore.
This event promises to keep your hearts and your stomachs full with our classic rainbow pancakes, along with an array of brunch items that you know and love. Guests can also expect to be served with some extravagant drag performances and our program will also feature remarks from Fyrefly’s team, MP Heather McPherson, MLA Brooks Arcand-Paul, and Mayor Andrew Knack!
Please note that ticket purchases that have been started but not paid for will be cancelled within the hour and you will have to start a new purchase to maintain the accuracy of our ticket inventory.
Our event is generously sponsored by the City of Edmonton
