The Change Health Community Program (CHCP) is a program based out of the University of Alberta. It is a preventative, community-focused program that helps families re-learn healthy living. Each week will consist of a 1.5 hour cooking class followed by a 1-hour mental health workshop with a psychologist, swimming time or family gym session (it will be different each week).

For Fall 2024, we will offer this program at the Clareview Recreation Centre. It is open to the public and family can include parents, partners, grandparents, caregivers etc. Please fill out 1 registration per family. Since the program has started, there is a $40 pro-rated cost per family for the rest of the sessions.

Session dates are October 7, October 21, November 4, November 18, December 2, December 16 from 6 - 8:30 PM.
