InfoGenesis Advanced Tricks & Tips: Learn insider tips for getting more out of your InfoGenesis system

Menu item and screen building including Meal packages: Demonstrate the ability to create menu items with multiple configurable settings and the ability to assign an image to the item. Screen building in InfoGenesis allows you to customise your screens with colors, shapes, functions and images for ease of use for the end user. Use packages to combine a group of items for a set price. Individual items and/or selection groups are assigned to a package, and then the overall price of the package is determined by the combination of the set amounts for each item within the package.

InfoGenesis Reports: InfoGenesis back office reports cover all aspects of the business ranging from service, staff, menu engineering, financial and exporting of data. There are multiple report templates you can chose from to make variations of them ranging from date range, format, filters and sorting. POS terminal reports allow for quick and easy access to data without having to go back to an office.

Jim Walker
Senior Vice President of Global Revenue

Jim Walker was named Senior Vice President of Global Revenue for Agilysys in January 2016. In this role, he leads global sales and marketing activities for Agilysys products and services. He joined Agilysys in 2014 as vice president of sales & marketing. Jim has extensive enterprise hospitality technology industry experience having previously served as Senior Vice President of MICROS-Fidelio’s Europe, Africa and Middle East Region and as Vice President America’s at Softbrands.


James Slatter
Managing Director of EMEA

James Slatter, Managing Director of EMEA, brings to Agilysys more than 20 years of experience in direct sales and leadership in large global corporations and has a track record for growing volume organically. Most recently, he served as managing director for the EMEA operation at ParTech, a global supplier of POS hardware. He holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Southern Queensland.


Rod Jones
Supervisor of Support at Agilysys

Rod Is directly responsible for Visual One products. Rod has been on the Visual One team for nearly 6 years. He has over 15 years in Hospitality Management and 11 years in Information Technology. Originally from the Southern Utah area near 5 National Parks, Rod has lived in Las Vegas since 1991.


Jan Larsen
Senior Director of F&B

As the Senior Director of F&B, Jan Larsen is responsible for shaping the product vision & strategies, planning, execution and sales enablement for Agilysys Point of Sales (POS) products. Prior to Agilysys, he held several product management and sales roles at Microsoft from leading global product management & product sales teams for Windows, to leading incubation teams for Cloud computing.


Max Romanenko
Senior Director of Engineering at Agilysys

Max Romanenko is a Senior Director of Engineering at Agilysys, responsible Visual One, DataMagine and Eatec product development, management and strategy. Max is a hands-on executive offering a unique blend of technology, strategy and international business management experience, with extensive accolades for establishing strategies for operational optimization, financial returns, sales, services delivery and international business expansion. Max is spearheading efforts to improve our iconic products and bring new offerings, such as Visual One Hosted, to market.


Teri Howe
Principal Product Manager at Agilysys

Teri is responsible for the InfoGenesis product line, which includes managing the product roadmap and prioritization of features and enhancements for InfoGenesis POS, InfoGenesis Flex, and InfoGenesis SaaS. Teri is one of those individuals who loves working at user conferences; she was even selected from 20,000 applicants to be one of 40 tour guides for the United States at the World’s Fair.


Roberta Braum
Director of Product for Payments at Agilysys

Roberta is responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for rGuest Pay and payment products. Roberta has experience developing software products and payment systems at companies such as Apple, Amazon, and IMDb. She holds a Masters of Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.


DJ Sullivan
International Project Consultant at Agilysys

DJ is responsible for the Managing of International Hospitality Technology projects, specializing in the InfoGenesis product line. DJ has been with Agilysys for 12 years in the professional services organization. Originally from the Washington DC area and relocated to the Las Vegas office in 2015. He is now living in Windsor, U.K. for the next few months assisting the new EMEA Office.


Saar Fabrikant
President & CEO b4checkin

Saar studied Software Engineering in college in Eastern Canada, which directly led to work in project management and software development for hospitality companies. In addition to fostering an intimate knowledge of the hotel industry during this time, he recognized the need for superior software interfaces and conceived the idea for b4checkin which he has devoted his time to ever since. The latest product he conceived called ‘B4Easypost’ completely eliminates the need for credit cards authorization forms at the hotel, and eliminates a huge operational & PCI headache for hotels. Saar is a former chess champion as well as an avid skier.

Leona Bridgeman

Leona is responsible for the managing of International Hospitality Technology projects and providing international resources and partners with consultation and training, specializing in the VisualOne product line. Leona has been with Agilysys for 14 years and has been in the hospitality industry for 17 years. Leona was born in a small rural farming community in Virginia and now resides in Windsor, UK. In her free time Leona enjoys traveling, baking, attending live music festivals, supporting local art shows and anything related to The Wizard of Oz.
