FAQs
When will I recieve my registration confirmation?
A confirmation email will be issued once you have completed your registration for the event. Please make sure to check your Spam and Junk Mail folders if you do not receive the notification in your inbox!
Will I be able to request a certificate of participation for PDP credit?
Yes; however, certificates of participation will only be issued by request. Please note that only individuals whose attendance has been verified at the venue registration desk check-in will be entitled to a certificate of participation.
Are accomodations and travel expenses included in the ticket price?
Forum attendees are responsible for arranging travel and accommodations if necessary; these considerations are not included in the price of your ticket.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event on the day of?
No, tickets will not be available for purchase at the event. Please make sure that you register before the cut-off date to secure your attendance.

What happens if I buy a ticket, but cannot attend?
If you do not request a refund by the cut-off date, you will not be able to receive your money back. However, tickets are transferable, so you may send someone else in your place. Please notify the organizers by email at cic@ualberta.ca if you have transferred your ticket to another person at your earliest convenience.
