Test your fitness and health in this interactive lab tour where you will explore and use everyday fitness testing tools developed by health professionals. Led by current graduate students in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation.
Assessment of Fitness and Health Lab Tour runs four times during Open House at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. & 2:30 p.m.
45 minutes in length
ALL GUIDED TOURS REQUIRE A SEPARATE REGISTRATION!
Make sure when you are selecting the "Attendee Type," you are selecting the tour start time you want.
