Alexander Ondrus
Alex Ondrus is a Senior Research Specialist with the Education Insights team at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is responsible for the Enrolment Planning and Reporting unit, which produces enrolment projections and reports for the institute. Using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, we translate enrolment and application data into actionable insights for the decision makers at NAIT.
Last year NAIT went through the process of revamping the methods that we use for Strategic Enrolment Management planning, moving from a decentralized annual process to a 3-year institute-wide plan. We invite you to learn more about the environmental shifts that prompted this transition, the work we have done to make it possible, the unique challenges we have faced along the way, the new opportunities this plan will provide, and how we are planning to build on this work in the upcoming year.
