Discuss a case study patient and learn how Registered Dietitians assess energy metabolism, body composition and
dietary intake in client care. During the experience you will see a variety of unique assessments at the Human Nutrition
Research Unit (HNRU).
Clinical Nutritional Assessment tour runs at 11:00am and is 50 minutes in length.
